This Privacy Policy explains what data Neuron, operated by CloudHub Systems, collects and how it is used. We aim to collect only what is needed for the bot to function.

2. What We Store

To provide its features, Neuron stores certain data tied to Discord IDs, which may include:

• Server, channel, and role IDs used for your configuration
• User IDs for features like warnings, leveling, and economy
• Settings you choose through the setup menu
• Message content only where required for a feature you enable, such as logging or automod

Neuron does not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

3. How Data Is Used

Stored data is used solely to operate the features you enable, such as remembering your settings, tracking levels, or running moderation logs. It is not used for any purpose beyond running the bot.

4. Data Retention & Removal

Configuration and feature data is kept while Neuron is in your server. If you remove the bot, or on request, we will delete data associated with your server.

To request deletion of your server's data, contact us through the support server or by email.

5. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect stored data. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children

Neuron is intended for use in accordance with Discord's minimum age requirements. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below Discord's minimum age.
