Terms of Service

1. Overview

Neuron is a Discord bot operated by CloudHub Systems ("we", "us", "our"). By adding Neuron to your server or using its features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server.

2. Using Neuron

You may use Neuron in any Discord server where you have permission to add bots. You are responsible for how Neuron is configured and used within your server, including actions taken by your staff through the bot.

You agree not to use Neuron to break Discord's Terms of Service, to harass or harm others, or for any unlawful purpose.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Neuron offers a free Core tier and paid Premium and Max tiers. Paid tiers are billed on a monthly, per-server basis.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice. Any change applies to future billing periods, not the current one.

4. Refunds

Because access is granted immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the situation in good faith.

5. Service Availability

We work to keep Neuron online and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Neuron is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, bugs, or data loss.

6. Changes & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Neuron or any of its features at any time. We may also suspend access for servers that abuse the bot or violate these terms.

If we ever discontinue the service entirely, we will provide reasonable notice and stop billing affected subscriptions.
